Tadpoles first seen

Watch embryos developing within each egg that makes up the clumps of spawn. Record the first free-swimming tadpoles you see, normally March to April. Frog and toad tadpoles are hard to distinguish, so please only record frog tadpoles where you can also see evidence of frog spawn.
