First nest building

In a location that you monitor regularly (at least once a week), record the first time you see adult birds gathering nesting materials in their beaks.

Rooks have one brood per year and nest in colonies known as rookaries. Nest building can begin from January.

Available historic data: we have some data for the following years; 1753-1966, and 1983-1999
